Fonts:
We have 12 fonts available for you. You can choose these after you have selected which sides of your piece of jewelry should be engraved in the drop-down menu.
characters:
Please note that it is not possible for us to engrave emojis. In the text field you can choose between 4 different symbols. Heart ♥, infinity sign ∞, star ★, and a bullet point -.
Languages:
If you want an Arabic or Russian font, the system will not allow you to change the font. We copy the lettering and convert it into a fixed image. This means that it is not possible for us to separate lines. However, if you would like this, please contact us.
Size and placement of the engraving:
We adjust the size of the lettering to the piece of jewelry ordered to ensure that it looks consistent. Texts that are too long are also separated and engraved on two or more lines. You can also make your own paragraphs in the text field. If you are unsure, you are welcome to contact us and we will discuss the best way to engrave your text.
Uploads:
You will find a guide for each upload in the upload function, which describes exactly which requirements are necessary for a clean implementation. Please read this carefully so that your engraving can be implemented as beautifully as possible.
Preview your engraving:
Your personal engraving is displayed as a preview in the engraving text field! As soon as you change the font, the font in the field will also change to the selected font. So you can see how it will look in the end.
Diamond engraving:
A diamond engraving is colorless and is engraved into the material as a relief with a diamond. We use a special CNC program and a CNC engraving machine of the highest quality for this purpose.
Only the outline is engraved when using a thick font.
Horizontal & Vertical:
If your piece of jewelry has a choice, horizontal engravings are engraved from left to right. Vertical engravings are always engraved from bottom to top.
Returns:
Please note that engraved jewelry is excluded from exchanges and returns and therefore cannot be returned!
Special request?
If you have a special engraving request, you are welcome to contact us via Whatsapp or e-mail! Simply send us a drawing and we will see what is possible. Different shapes, lines and more are all possible 😊.
Are you unsure whether you like the jewelry?
If you are unsure whether you like the jewelry, you are welcome to order it without engraving, send it back and order it again, but this time with engraving. This is the best way to find out whether you want to keep it.
Extended right of return:
For all orders in the period 21.11.25 - 24.12.25 without engraving there is an extended right of return until 07.01.2026.
We process & ship your order within one working day from our warehouse in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany.
You will receive a tracking number by e-mail, which you can use to track the status of your parcel. Please also check your SPAM folder.

1. pack your shipment securely as received and make sure that the packing slip is included.
2. select a shipping service provider of your choice and send us your package sufficiently insured and stamped. (Keep the delivery bill)
3. The processing of returns can take up to 3 working days (Mon - Fri) from receipt. The amount will be refunded to the original means of payment.
