FURTHER INFORMATION

ENGRAVED AND PERSONALIZED JEWELLERY
Please note that individually engraved jewelry and products made especially for you cannot be returned. These items are unique and cannot be resold, which is why refunds are not possible. Should you nevertheless return an engraved or personalized item, we reserve the right to send it back to you and charge you for the costs incurred.

DAMAGED O. DAMAGED JEWELRY
Non-refundable items are used/worn items. Jewelry must be in mint and unworn condition and all tags must be attached.
All returns will be inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned to us that is damaged, previously worn or otherwise in unacceptable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund and will return the item.

RETURNS WITHOUT THE RIGHT OF RETURN
For returns sent back to us without the right of return, we reserve the right to retain or charge the shipping and return costs. This includes returns of worn or engraved items.
 

ADDRESS ERRORS AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For shipments that are returned to us due to an address error on the part of the customer, or shipments for which a delivery attempt has been made and which are then returned to us, we reserve the right to retain the shipping and return costs. A new delivery attempt will also be charged.


DELAYED PACKAGE
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and strive to deliver all packages within the specified time frame. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information, or issues with the carrier that are beyond our control. We will do our best to resolve any issues for all our customers regarding returns, complaints, or lost packages to the best of our ability.
In the event that a package is lost, missing, or the delivery cannot be confirmed via tracking, we will resend the order. Packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier will be investigated and are not eligible for a refund until the matter has been resolved.
