As soon as the order is received, the piece of jewelry is taken from the warehouse, cleaned and polished. This ensures that the surface is flawless and the metal has the perfect shine.
Depending on the type of engraving, the preparation now begins. For text engravings, the desired text is adjusted in size, style and position so that it looks harmonious on the piece of jewelry. For imprints, drawings or photos, a hand-drawn template is first created, which is then precisely transferred to the metal.
The engraving itself is carried out using a diamond engraving machine. A fine tip carves the engraving directly into the metal - without any paint or laser. This creates a tactile, shiny indentation that reflects the light naturally and remains permanently visible.
After engraving, each piece of jewelry is cleaned again to remove gold or silver particles and prevent scratches. It is then checked again and lovingly packaged.
