1. pack your shipment securely as received and make sure that the packing slip is included.
2. select a shipping service provider of your choice and send us your package sufficiently insured and stamped. (Keep the delivery bill)
3. The processing of returns can take up to 3 working days (Mon - Fri) from receipt. The amount will be refunded to the original means of payment.
