This is how you upload a perfect picture or graphic for your engraving:

Pictures: All images are possible. Please make sure that the file is sharp and well exposed.

Black and white graphics only: The file must not contain any colors or shades of gray - only clear, sharp black lines on a white background.

High quality: The lines should be clean and clearly visible, without blurred edges.

Possible file formats: PNG JPEG PDF

Simply upload the image or finished graphic in your order - we'll take care of the rest! If the graphic is not perfect, we will digitally optimize it for the best possible engraving result.

*Please note that we need to upload the image to ChatGPT to convert it into a FineArt image.

Important questions & answers

Can any graphic be engraved?

Unfortunately, not every one. In order for our system to clearly capture the lines, the file must have a clear separation between black and white.

Required:
Only black and white, no colors or shades of gray
Sharp, clear lines, without blurred transitions
High image quality so that we can convert the graphic cleanly

Please make sure that your file meets these requirements before uploading it with your order. If necessary, you can also contact us in advance!

Can I upload a vector file?

Unfortunately, this is not yet possible via the regular upload in the order.
If you have a vector or EPS file, you can simply contact our customer service in advance via WhatsApp or email. Send us the file by email and we will check it for you. We will then explain everything else about ordering in person! 😊

How long does production take?

You can always find the shipping time for your piece of jewelry directly next to the item. We usually engrave your piece of jewelry within 24 hours on working days and then ship it immediately on the following working day.

Can the back of my piece of jewelry be engraved?

Of course we also engrave the back of your piece of jewelry! You can usually design the back in our engraving configurator in exactly the same way as the front.

Where do I have to send the photo after my order?

You can easily upload your photo directly with your order in the configuration.

How is the engraving made?

We engrave directly into the material with a precise diamond - colorless, durable and unmistakable. For us, this technique is one of the finest types of engraving. In contrast to laser engraving, diamond engraving can be felt and gives your piece of jewelry a special depth.
