ENGRAVED AND PERSONALIZED JEWELRY
Please note that individually engraved jewelry and products made specifically for you are non-returnable. These items are unique and not for resale, therefore a refund is not possible. Should you nevertheless return an engraved or personalized item, we reserve the right to send it back to you and charge you for the associated costs.
WORN OR DAMAGED JEWELRY
Non-refundable items are used/worn items. The jewelry must be in mint, unworn condition and all tags must be attached.
All returns are inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned to us damaged, previously worn, or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, we cannot issue a refund and will return the item.
RETURNS WITHOUT RIGHT OF REFUND
For returns sent back to us without a valid right of return, we reserve the right to retain or charge for shipping and return costs. This includes returns of worn or engraved items.
ADDRESS ERRORS AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For shipments returned to us due to an address error by the customer, or shipments for which a delivery attempt has been made and which are subsequently returned to us, we reserve the right to retain the shipping and return costs. A second delivery attempt will also be charged.
DELAYED PACKAGE
We have established partnerships with all our shipping carriers and strive to deliver all packages within the stated timeframe. Please note that we are not responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information, or issues with the carrier that are beyond our control. We will do our best to resolve any issues for all our customers regarding returns, claims, or lost packages.
In the event that a package is lost, missing, or delivery cannot be confirmed via tracking, we will resend the order. Packages with confirmed delivery from the carrier will be investigated and are not eligible for a refund until the matter is resolved.
