Fonts:
We have 12 fonts available for you. You can choose one after selecting which sides of your jewelry should be engraved from the dropdown menu.
Sign:
Please note that we are unable to engrave emojis. In the text field, you can choose between 4 different symbols: heart ♥, infinity symbol ∞, star ★, and a bullet point -.
Languages:
If you require Arabic or Russian lettering, the system will not allow font changes. We copy the text and convert it into a single image. Therefore, line breaks are not possible. If you require line breaks, please contact us.
Size and placement of the engraving:
We adjust the font size to the ordered piece of jewelry to ensure a harmonious look. Texts that are too long will also be split and engraved on two or more lines. You can also create paragraphs yourself within the text field. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us and we can discuss the best way to engrave your text.
Uploads:
For each upload, you'll find a guide in the upload function that describes exactly what's required for a clean and professional result. Please read it carefully to ensure your engraving turns out beautifully.
Preview of your engraving:
Your personalized engraving will be displayed as a preview in the engraving text field! As soon as you change the font, the text in the field will also change to the selected font. This way you can see how it will look in the end.
Diamond engraving:
A diamond engraving is colorless and is created as a relief engraved into the material using a diamond. For this, we use a special CNC program and a high-quality, purpose-built CNC engraving machine.
Only the outline will be engraved when using a thick font.
Horizontal & Vertical:
If your piece of jewelry offers a choice, horizontal engravings will be done from left to right. Vertical engravings are always done from bottom to top.
Return:
Please note that engraved jewelry is excluded from exchange and return and therefore cannot be sent back!

If you're unsure whether you like the jewelry, you can order it without engraving, return it, and then order it again with engraving. That's the best way to find out if you want to keep it.
