We offer 12 different fonts for you to choose from. Once you select which side of your jewelry should be engraved during the ordering process, you can easily select your desired font.
A diamond engraving is colorless and is created as a relief engraved into the material using a diamond. For this, we use a special CNC program and a high-quality, purpose-built CNC engraving machine.
If you're unsure, order the jewelry without engraving first. This way you can take your time looking at it and, if you don't like it, return it to us. If you do like it, you can then order it again - this time with engraving.
The font size is individually adjusted to your piece of jewelry, ensuring a perfect fit. Longer texts are split across two or more lines if necessary to guarantee a harmonious result.
If you're unsure, feel free to contact us. We can discuss together how your text can best be engraved.
Your personalized engraving will be displayed as a preview directly in the engraving text field. Simply change the font, and the preview in the field will adjust automatically. This way, you can see exactly how your piece of jewelry will look.
Unfortunately, engraved jewelry cannot be returned as it is custom-made for you.
We usually complete your engraving within 12-24 hours on weekdays and ship your order immediately afterwards.
Yes, express delivery is also possible with engraving. Please ensure that your order reaches us before 12 noon on weekdays. Your order will then be engraved and shipped the same day.
Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to Switzerland.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This allows you to check the status of your package at any time. Should there be any delays or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!
Unfortunately, engraved jewelry cannot be returned as it is custom-made for you.
Of course, that's possible. Please return your jewelry to us within 30 days in the condition you received it, using a shipping provider of your choice. Please ensure your shipment is adequately insured!
Yes, unfortunately we do not offer free returns. Please choose sufficient insurance for your shipment so that the shipping provider will cover any losses.
If the chain doesn't fit perfectly, you can easily return it within 30 days and secure your desired chain length in a new order.

No, our jewelry is nickel-free and therefore ideally suited for allergy sufferers.
Our product images in the store are realistic and accurately depict each piece of jewelry. Additionally, you will find precise measurements of the pendant's size and weight in the product description, allowing you to get a realistic idea of its dimensions.

We place great emphasis on quality and therefore use a particularly thick gold or rhodium plating so that you can enjoy your jewelry for a long time. Our jewelry is water-resistant and well-suited for everyday contact with water, such as swimming in a lake or showering. However, we advise caution with chlorine in the pool or salt water in the sea, as these environments can affect the gold or rhodium plating of your jewelry over time.
Depending on how the jewelry is stored or handled, it can tarnish over time. We recommend getting a small jewelry cleaning kit. With this, you can easily clean your necklace using a silver or gold cleaning solution and a polishing cloth.
