We offer you 12 different fonts to choose from. As soon as you select which side of your piece of jewelry is to be engraved during the ordering process, you can easily specify the desired font.

A diamond engraving is colorless and is engraved into the material as a relief with a diamond. We use a special CNC program and a CNC engraving machine of the highest quality for this purpose.

If you are unsure, order the jewelry without engraving first. That way you can take your time to look at it and, if you don't like it, send it back to us. If you like it, you can then order it again - this time with engraving.

The size of the font is individually adapted to your piece of jewelry so that it is perfectly matched to it. Longer texts can be divided into two or more lines to ensure a harmonious result.

If you are unsure, you are welcome to contact us. Together we will discuss the best way to engrave your text.

Your personal engraving is displayed as a preview directly in the engraving text field. Simply change the font and the preview in the field will adjust automatically. So you can see what your piece of jewelry will look like later.

Unfortunately, engraved pieces of jewelry cannot be returned as they were individually made for you.

We usually set your engraving within 12-24 hours on working days and send your order immediately afterwards.

Yes, express delivery is also possible with engraving. Please make sure that we receive your order before 12 noon on working days. Your order will then be engraved and dispatched on the same day.

Yes, we also deliver to Switzerland! Your order will be delivered duty paid, so there are no additional customs formalities for you.

If the chain does not fit perfectly, you can simply return the chain within 30 days and secure the desired chain length in a new order.

We attach great importance to quality and therefore use particularly thick gold plating or rhodium plating so that you can enjoy your piece of jewelry for a long time. Our jewelry is waterproof and is suitable for everyday contact with water, such as swimming in the lake or showering. However, we advise caution with chlorine in the pool or salt water in the sea, as these environments can affect the gold plating or rhodium plating of your jewelry in the long term.

Depending on how the jewelry is stored or handled, it may tarnish over time. We recommend getting a small jewelry cleaning set. This allows you to clean your necklace easily with a silver or gold bath and a polishing cloth.
