What happens if something goes wrong?
We are guaranteed to find a solution. For the time being, we will try to repair your piece of jewelry free of charge. If this is not possible, you will receive a new piece of jewelry immediately.
Our expectations of you:
We expect you to take care of the basic maintenance of your jewelry. They are robust, but not indestructible. We hope you understand that our warranty does not cover excessive neglect or improper handling. Avoid contact with substances such as perfumes & creams or highly chlorinated water which can attack the alloys. Of course, we do our best to make everything as resistant as possible by applying extra protection.
